Hibachi Fusion - Greensboro

The owner may be a bit distant, but the food is absolutely delicious. We keep coming back for more!

When our food arrived, we were confused to see it served on disposable Dixie plates. The portion sizes were shockingly small; there was barely a palmful of broccoli and rice, and for $23, it felt like a waste. Both the rice and broccoli were not great—the rice was gummy, and the broccoli was drenched in soy sauce, making it overly salty. The teriyaki had only 11 small, chopped pieces of chicken, which were quite hard. Honestly, the highlight of the meal might have been the ice water. Overall, we left feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed.

I have ordered from Hibachi Fusion many times in the past, and the food has always been quite good. However, today's order was a complete disappointment. I ordered the hibachi steak, but the steak was tough and chewy, and it looked as if it had been cooked or reheated multiple times. Once I got home with the order, I realized it wasn't worth the trouble to return to the restaurant. I'm considering trying a different place for my next takeout.

Müll: the rice, the chicken and the vegetables looked old days. looks like eating had been taken out of a dumpster. I wanted to disgust it to take it back so I could find it in the first müll. we'll never tip on this dumpster. pete weatherall

I have ordered food here twice. I received my food in a very timely manner. The first time I ordered hibachi chicken. The seasoned veggies were good, you get broccoli and zucchini. I'm not a zucchini person but I enjoyed theirs. The chicken I thought was dry and bland. So I decided to give the hibachi steak lo mein a try on my next visit. The steak was decent, the veggies were not as good this time. I do like their noodles. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but I would revisit if in the area.
