Firehouse Subs Jefferson Village

I visited this location for the first time about two weeks ago, and I had an excellent experience! I realize that many businesses are short-staffed these days and that waiting is sometimes necessary. It seemed like they were busy preparing a large online order, but I walked in, placed my order for a sub, and was in and out in under seven minutes. My sub was made just the way I wanted it! I’ll definitely be returning!

Great experience! The place is safe, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. I used to frequent the Battleground Road location in Greensboro, but it closed unexpectedly, and I wasn't aware of it. I searched online and found this location, which is less than ten minutes away—thank goodness! I've been a fan of Firehouse Subs for years, and this location didn’t disappoint; the food was just as delicious as I remembered. I’ll definitely be back soon—there's no way I can go a month without my Firehouse lunch!

I ordered the brisket sub, which was my first time trying this particular sandwich and my second visit to Firehouse Subs. My first experience was excellent, and I enjoyed my second visit just as much. The service was fast, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was fantastic!

I messed up my online order and Candie took care of me and addressed me by name, I just want to say that her kindness was very appreciated and it doesn't go unnoticed by her customers! Thank you Candie! : Promote this girl or give her a raise she deserves it !

I got a sandwich with my son today. when we entered the building and looked at the menu, we were told rudely that we closed! four people standing in me and me, and my son were thrown out. worst device ever!
