Embur Fire Fusion - Greensboro

I think this restaurant is under new management based on older reviews. we went to lunch and the waitress was very helpful and kindly explain menu and tasty dishes. everything we ordered was delicious and served quickly. it is an intimate place, so if it is located by bistro types that are disturbed close to other people sitting, then this place or any place in the city for this occasion is not for them. overall our experience was great and was looking forward to tasting her salmon salad. the steak has an increase in price be so mindful when they order online when they have ordered in past.

First dining experience and was not disappointed. Food was delicious. Only problem, ordered drinks were delivered in a very slow manner. Resturant was very busy for 4:30pm. We were really surprised. Plenty of servers and help, just very slow on delivering drinks.

The plate is amazing, this is the best Peruvian restaurant in NC. Usually in the Arroz Chaufa plate the restaurants use to have low quality meat which is fine) but here they have an amazing fillet with the Arroz Chaufa. The Yuca croquettes are amazing too. I will comeback to Greensboro just for this restaurantFood: 5/5

I took my 2 teens here today for the 1st time. We live in Charlotte thought of giving another Peruvian restaurant a try again. I'm from NY unfortunately I can't find any good Peruvian restaurants. I'm only giving this restaurant a 5 because the service is good. Food slightly bland. I'm Peruvian so unfortunately I know how the food should taste. We ordered Yucitia it came with huancaína sauce which it wasn't bad. I order 1/2 rotisserie chicken house rice it came with huacatay sauce it's was basically water down the chicken needed a lot more flavor. My boys orders arroz chaufa. Oh also my food was room temperature. Unfortunately I would not drive out there for this food. The service was great, but not the food. We all have different taste buds, but how I said I know how Peruvian food should taste.

Went out for a date night with my gf and heard good things about this establishment. Ordered the chicken with rice and beans with some yuca fries to split. The food is most excellent (great flavors and moist chicken) and the staff is kind, quick and informative (girlfriend has a particular spice allergy, and the waiter triple checked with the dessert to make sure it didn't have said spice in it). We will for sure be coming back here in the future. A great date spot.
