Burger King - Greensboro

Was told drive through was closed and was told to come in….Manager was in the back eating cinnamon, toast, crunch right in front of customers not caring and stuffed all her fingers in her mouth!! Did not wash her hands at all and proceeded to touch food .Than the cashier got our order wrong and she gave us attitude while trying to fix order. I had kids with me that said they all smelled like cigarettes! Totally unacceptable!!

I visited the drive-thru and found the cashiers to be very friendly. The food was served hot, and they offer delicious frozen cherry and Coke drinks.

Used the BK app for this location.Said I wanted to go inside to pick my order up when I used the app but when I arrived at the location they were only doing drive thru so I literally waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. If I could have canceled my order I would have done so. Never again will I go to this Burger King.

The service experience in Greensboro is quite typical. The staff was incredibly rude and unpleasant, providing the poorest service possible.
