Boston Market - Greensboro

I don't live in greensboro, but when I visit, I always make it a point to stop at the boston market. not only eating is good, but people are always very nice. also I take a meal to the beach. yum !

This place is awful, ordered online when hubs went to pick up they claimed they had no order for us, didn't have any of the sides we wanted. I prepaid for a desert, they didn't have what I ordered and didn't offer a refund...dont go hereFood: 1/5

They have fallen from their peak back in the 90s. I would not recommend it. Chicken has no taste. Pre-made buffet style presentation is old school and not in line with their competitors.Food: 2/5

The food has fallen off. I ordered a half chicken dinner through grubhub. They could of seasoned the chicken, chicken had no taste to it. The mac and cheese was blanned and they didnt have the sweet potatos or cinnamon apples. Glad I had some bbq sauce ar home. They need yo pyt some love in the food they prepare

Ordered 3 meatloaf and a 1/2 chicken and they left out the chicken and they left out the chicken. Wife called to let them know and they said we could go get one before they close. She headed that way and they then call back to say that they are not going to give her one because they know they didn 't leave it out and so we are just trying to get free food on top of all that the bread was rock hard.Poor customer service and even worse food experience here
