Babylon - Greensboro

I really regret not reading the reviews before visiting this restaurant. I never would have gone here if I had. I was very hungry and looking to try something new. However, my experience was disappointing from the start. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with filthy floors and a cracked toilet tank lid. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Another issue was that none of the sandwiches on the menu had descriptions. I ordered the kabab wrap, specifying that I wanted chicken. I also asked for my order to go as my toddler was getting restless. Despite this, I received my food last, after a large family and a customer ordering takeout. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my meal. When I left the restaurant and got in my car, I realized my fries were missing. The waiter then informed me and I also discovered that my wrap was beef instead of chicken, which was not mentioned on the menu. The manager did not offer any resolution or assistance. The meat did not even taste like beef. I was very disappointed. The lack of basic customer service, such as offering a drink, was also noted. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

BEST MIDDLE EASTERN DISHES IN GREENSBORO. This place is a hidden gem on W. Market st. This was our 3rd time there and they always amaze us with the quality of food. You want really delicious food? This is the place to be. Thank you Babylon we will be back

This food was so delicious! The bread, hummus, rice and kabobs were so tasty. The service was a little slow but the food was so amazing!

Not sure of why all the bad reviews! But, our experience was great! I had a falafel sandwich! Just what I wanted for my pregnancy cravings! Delicious! Thank you.

Today we enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The chicken kebabs and beef kafta were delicious, and the rice was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the Yemeni big bread and loved it so much that we asked for a second piece. The garlic sauce and fries were perfectly done. We finished off with tea and will definitely be returning in the future.
