Piedmont 5 Cafe

I frequently dine at this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food. However, due to renovations, they have temporarily merged with the restaurant across the hall and are now operating out of one small kitchen. This has resulted in some issues with the quality of the food. During my last visit, I received cold and unsatisfactory french fries. After bringing this up to the friendly staff member at the register, they kindly prepared a fresh batch for me. Although they were much better, I only received about half of the usual portion (approximately 12 fries). Despite this, I was glad that they were at least edible. The staff member who brought out the new order did not seem pleased about having to remake it. I have decided to avoid dining here until they are back in their original location.

The BBQ and macaroni and cheese were excellent!
