The star of the show was undoubtedly the Love Boat a visual and gastronomic masterpiece that left us in awe. Each piece of sushi and sashimi was fresh, expertly crafted, and bursting with flavor. We also indulged in the Kobe beef, which was simply excellent. Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it melted in our mouths and showcased why Kobe beef is so highly regarded. Our server, Hay, deserves special mention. Her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly demeanor elevated our dining experience. Hay's recommendations were spot on, and she ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. Last experience here was different. My first time, I had sushi, was good. Last Sunday, we went and had a couple of dishes. We had Pad Thai noodles and Happy family. The veggies on the happy family were missing maybe at least 5 minutes more cooking time. They were hard, it could also had had mooore sea food : . The fired rice I ordered with it, was nothing special. I can make it better at home with some leftover white rice. The Pad thai, the saud was maybe too sweet and sour at the same time.. was off balance. My peach martini was good.

More than an hour wait for food and the restaurant was not at all busy. Wait staff was very kind and apologetic. We left after an hour and fifteen minutes wait.

Great atmosphere and ambiance, hot towels were brought out after we ate…I highly recommend this Bistro

Great dinner, we were seated right away even though we arrived 10-15 min before reservation server was wonderful, received food quickly she checked back often. Food was delicious!
