Grandover Resort Conference Center

First, we wasn't told that check in would be well after 4pm. Front desk wasn't very helpful they didn't explain check in policies until after we got there and did not explain anything to us.. they took extra money from us 150... calling it incidental charges, did not return it. We are still trying to get that fixed.. otherwise the staff was friendly, we enjoyed the spa and meditation room. The grounds were Beautiful. The only complaint was with front desk.

The shower water kept shutting off and starting back again. Other than this, no complaints whatsoever!! Beautiful hotel , staff friendly and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time, causing for us, and a ton of guests to get ready in the cramped locker room with no AC, and our room still wasn’t ready at least 3 Hours after check-in time. I am very disappointed with my stay, I didn’t pay the amount I did, just to not have a room for majority of the time we needed it.

Rooms not ready until after checkin, had to wait in a long line at the front desk to be told we would “maybe” get a call when a room was ready. Front desk staff was not apologetic about not being able to check into a 4 star hotel until after 6. Had to cancel dinner resos and order room service to make it to concert on time. I get they were booked out the night before but it’s a 4 star hotel, I’d hope that’s the goal. Phone in the room didn’t work to call so had to use cell to get patched through to room service. Food was mediocre.

We stayed for our 24th anniversary and enjoyed our 2 night stay. The amenities were great! I got an 80 minute deep tissue massage (Steven was my masseuse). It was so relaxing. The sauna and steam room was a big plus. The pool and hot tub was also very nice. We also enjoyed the cafe and game room. Breakfast and lunch options were very reasonable prices and delicious! Definitely would come back.
