Pie Face - Greenhithe

We ordered a mocha and a steak and cheese pie. The pie cost $4.90 and we thought the pastry was too puffed up, with a small amount of filling. For the price, we believe Jesters or even Mrs. Mac's pies are much better options. They claim to have 70% protein in their pie, but it's not impressive when there isn't much filling to begin with.

I stopped by to pick up two pies after seeing their fantastic opening deal of buy-one-get-one-free in the North Shore times. The restaurant is easy to locate in a small block of shops near the petrol station just before the motorway onramps. They offer a great variety of flavors with cute designs on their pies. I was intrigued by their mystery pie and will definitely be returning to try out their other unique fillings.
