Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Greenfield

Only negative is the onion rings. They are a lot smaller and not as good. Used to be my favorite of anyone's.

Hmm. I've now been to a Red Robin 3 times and each time I've said I wasn't likely to return. My 3rd visit was for a birthday celebration and I was wildly underwhelmed. They were out of 4 of their most popular appetizers. I understand things happen, but FOUR is reasonably unacceptable. The fact that 3 burgers and 3 lemonades was over $70 is ridiculous. Especially considering it wasn't the most delicious burger very average. Our server was overall good and attentive. Garlic fries are good, I'm happy to report that. But a refill of fries didn't arrive until the meal was over. I don't see myself stopping back, but someone else might like it better.

It was one of the better dining experiences I've had in a long time. The server did well, and the food was back to a better place than it had been in past years. The place could use a deep cleaning, as the chairs appeared tarnished from over touching. One of our chairs was broken, and it was visible that it was still being used for some time like that. We did point that out to the server, who took it away.

The food was pretty good, our server was efficient, but $16 17 for a burger is a little outrageous so we only go if we have a gift card. Which I entered in the little kiosk thing on the table, it said it processed the gift card and there was a balance tip), which I paid with my credit card. Checked my statement a week later the full amount was charged to my card. My fault for not keeping the used gift card for a week to check but now my $42 bill for 2 burgers and a kids meal actually cost me $67!! Insane. Will not be back.
