Starbucks - Greendale

I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and lady would not understand or problem with her hearing even got worse when I ordered pastry.. When it was ready not calling who food it was and when touched someone else's coffee cup people got upset since I didn't know whose it was. But they were just busy chit chatting ?. Not ordering for sure my coffee was extremely sweet..

I ordered online and they didn’t have my sandwich in stock however, Reesie was so kind to help and get me a new option and a gift card which they really didn’t need to do. I work in the mall and this location has always been great. Thank you! :

Took way to long for one small drink, workers ignore the people at the drive through. Do not recommend this starbucks at all.

We ordered online for pickup and an item was not available, we arrived and had to wait in line over 15 minutes to fix it, seems like there is no point in trying to save time.

In center of Southridge Mall. Very good customer service. Employees always friendly and upbeat. Can get very busy.
