Starbucks - Greenbelt

The service for drink orders here is quite slow. It's best to place your order at least 30 minutes in advance. Even on slower days, you might end up with a lukewarm hot drink or a melted iced drink. If you're planning to order in-store, be prepared for a long wait—it’s not the ideal choice.

During my latest visit, I ordered a tall iced coffee with three shots of espresso. They completely forgot the espresso, which isn’t a huge deal, but when I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake with a dismissive attitude, as if I was the inconvenience for asking for the $3 espresso I had paid for. I asked if they could simply give me the espresso so I could add it myself, but they decided to remake it and then forgot the syrup this time. When I asked for the syrup, they again responded with an attitude. I ended up paying over $7 for a tall iced coffee, only to be met with unnecessary rudeness from the staff—especially on a Monday morning. It’s a definite no from me. And honestly, it tasted like they didn’t include my espresso shots at all!

Ashley, Athena, Mark, and the rest of the team (shoutout to my Janet fan) are the highlights of this place. Keep up the great work; you make dealing with government and corporate America so much smoother for me!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! Ashley is consistently fantastic and offers outstanding service. Every time I visit, she is incredibly helpful and even remembers many of the regular customers by name! The drinks are excellent, and I really enjoy the atmosphere!

My friend and I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The young man at the register seemed a bit confused and did not take our orders correctly. When I pointed this out to the young lady working there, she became defensive and visibly upset about having to remake the drinks. Unfortunately, even her attempts to correct the order didn’t yield the right results. My friend ended up tossing hers because it was so poorly made. We usually enjoy the delicious drinks at Starbucks, but this was by far the worst experience we've had. We will not be returning, as we paid for drinks that we couldn't even enjoy due to the mistakes.
