After my brother received the wrong ice cream cone, the staff quickly replaced it at no extra charge. Overall, the food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area—10/10!

To the business manager who responded dishonestly to my review, I suggest you take my feedback seriously and improve your establishment. If you were present during my visit, that's even more concerning. It raises questions about your suitability for the food industry, and I believe the health department should be made aware. Instead of making excuses, you should hold a team meeting, as any responsible manager would, or hire employees who are truly committed to their work. I have videos and additional photos to support my claims, but my intention is not to damage your reputation. I wanted to support your business with my family, only to find that what should have been good food was wasted, which is quite disappointing. I wish you and your business the best, but I stand by my original review.

The real issue came with the biscuit. I waited over 20 minutes for a plain biscuit. The problem was that there was only one staff member in the kitchen trying to manage orders for all six restaurants, and he was completely overwhelmed by online requests. I waited 17 minutes before asking the cashier about my biscuit, and she told me it would be quite a while longer. I thought it was absurd; I just ordered a biscuit to go, and I assumed they could simply hand it to me. I don't understand how this place receives such good reviews. It might deserve three stars if you order ahead for takeout.

I’m done with this restaurant and any other that operates in this building. I've placed two online orders with them, and both times there was an issue; my order wasn’t ready when I arrived for pickup. I had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes, and I was only ordering a sandwich and a side. To make matters worse, the food is just mediocre. I had the café au lait and a croissant breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was dry and overcooked, and despite requesting gravy, it didn’t come with any. The café au lait was disappointing too; I ended up tossing it and going next door to Dunkin' Donuts for coffee instead. Having lived in New Orleans, I can confidently say there's nothing authentically New Orleanian about this place. It seems to be more of a marketing gimmick than anything else. Save your time and money! Also, I noticed that not a single employee was wearing a mask, which is incredibly careless and disrespectful.
