Red Rooster - Greenbank

Lovely people!! Amazing food!! Would absolutely recommend. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I heard that they are are the new owner of the place and i could tell by the change in the quality of the food. The rooster rolls that i had were nice and fresh and i also got myself the new pickle burger witch was made perfectly compared to the other red roosters i have been to. Again would highly recommend!! Went in on a Sunday at 6pm only to find it not open ‍ went to Macca's instead Service: 1

I usually order online and red roster app isn't that great, sometimes when u add promotional items you end up with nothing and it shows check in unsuccessful and advise to see staff but trust me most places staff has absolutely no idea what to do and it gets so embarrassing to try over lunch meal worth of money, I had same problem again and was thinking to order again or go somewhere else I walked in and talk to staff, lady was so helpful and actually tried help by talking to head office so she can confirm if payment has already been processed, I am shocked someone actually put this much effort for the first time at any red rooster and also i tried to reach out to red rooster by myself multiple times before but there is no mechanism in app and no phone number where you can talk to someone, all it gives you is to go talk to store but stores either too busy or so oblivious to their procedures, they need to actually fix the app same as how others are they won't process payments unless orders actually go through I am impressed by staff atleast they tried though I didn't actually got food I have to made a new order over the counter and pay because red rooster office not answering calls as usual Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
