The waiting time just for 1 drinks it was about 20 minutes and that is not counting the time I wait for my order to be taken.The lychee crush looks good at the menu but , it have a really strong flavor of artificial flavor.Also the a/c was not cooling properly the employees were really irritated and they were showing that to the costumers.

A tons of employees and I stood in front of them in line and not a soul greet me to take my order. So rude! Before this guy you see in the photo was an another girl. That how long I waited and there was three people ordered their bakery until there was no one and they just stood there looking at me instead of taking my order.By the time they noticed it was 15 mins wasted of my life. I just left. What the heck

I paid for extra boba and they dont even give me extra boba, i asked the girl again and she said thats extra??? so i just left so disapointing!!!

Absolutely disgusting, went in today ordered one drink only to have it grabbed and a child put there open handled straw in it and take a sip just for the blonde behind the counter to tell him no that’s the gentleman’s behind you and try to have me drink it denying that he took a sip HEALTH CODE VIOLATION which I will be contacting the city about, how can you do that and then tried arguing when I asked for it remade disgusting appalling and will not be coming back.

Don't really knowing why online order is more money then walk in, even tho it is not much off From the margins, it is still weird that they can't take a phone order anymore, and they make you take the order online to charge a little bit more money. But they are still consider cheap comparing to the milk tea places
