Contribuiți la feedbackExcellent food all around! The restaurant is at the end of a strip-mall and the sign is not easy to see from the street. The ambience is fundamental, but the food is anything but. Not everything on the menu was available, but lots of decisions no less. Have not tried the original in Boca, but will certainly visit LRN regularly! I can't wait to try the cerviches.
Extremadamente delicioso, mi favored ceviche fish, taste like food in Peru. I liked a lot.
Feel me cheated. I protected the military/lake quiet. I liked it and my husband, who is not peruvian, also liked it. I'm Peruvian. I decided to use their catering service for a party. What a mistake. Typical peruvian behavior. I ask for little empanandas when I first requested the order. They brought me big. I didn't ask for red meat just chicken and pork. They brought me those with red meat. Rosa told me that she would come back to my party with just one chicken. She never came back, but paid my check. I gave them three pots to use the soups in NOT TO COOK MIT, but only to use them as containers. They cook with them and burn them. Didn't have the power to tell me. I'll never go back and tell my friends not to go back. The food is good, but I can't tolerate fraud!!! SEnores no estamos en el Peru. Por favor tengan decencia y no MIENTAN!!!!
This is a small, very clean, well-lit spot on the lake, the road is not far from the military road. The food is authentic Peruvian. The waitress spoke English for those who were concerned about it. We started with a small basic cue made with groupers. Small cubes of very fresh fish marinated in what they call leche del Tigre. Come with some of their very large corn seeds, a piece of sweet potato, a sharp salad leaf. We added a few squeezes of lemon for a bit more cooking. My husband likes sushi so he was fine, but I had to let it sit a little. For Entrees he had the beef stew that came with rice and thin slices of fried Yucca. The meat was delicate in a rich brown sauce. The proportion was still very large, but was very cost-effective. The charcoal grilled trout was fantastic. Came with rice and potato. Also on the plate was a plate of thin sliced red onions and cilantro to give an additional piece of texture and taste when eaten with every bite of the fish. I'm looking forward to going back and getting her whole snapper or roasted group fillet or...
Pulpo al olivo had a decent flavor but the sauce was not thick enough. Tiradito normal was tasty but cuts could have been cleaner. Lucuma ice cream was excellent! Causa rellena had good flavors and fresh seafood but was a little salty. Bathroom was out of soap.
