Ed's Food Store Haverhill - Greenacres

I visit this restaurant frequently, and it’s always clean. The staff is fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the coffee made by the gentleman with white hair.

My follow-up question about the role of the shop managers received a rather dismissive response: one employee stated, "I do my job; I'm not responsible for anything beyond customer service." It struck me as unfair to place such responsibility on someone without a defined role or authority within the store. Despite this, the staff I interacted with were very friendly and emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction. I have always been pleased with the level of service they provide. It's clear that human resources are focused on maintaining respect for their employees. I want to express my respect for the business manager, who consistently works collaboratively with their team.

I have always gone to this store eds for my needs and my money orders instead of going to other stores because how fast and good and respectful the service was. Unfortunately, I won't come back. Some very young lady who works there has a disgusting and unprofessional attitude. It felt like I was an effort to come as a customer, and I didn't want to feel that way after a long working day. I hope you find better workers and others who find rude teenagers.

Like I've seen others say... It is a bit small of a store but what it doesn't have in size it most definitely makes up for in selection and customer service. They have a little bit of everything... I was just there looking for some cat food, which I really didn't think they would have due to the store's size but yea they sure enough did have it. They have both crunchy and soft food. For both cats and dogs, granted they don't have a huge selection but they do have one or two brands of each. Only bit of a down side is that of course the products are over priced. For example a $0.45 can of cat food is about $1.50 but I think we all know that kinda comes with the territory of buying those types of things at a quick stop type of store. But it's nothing too serious if you just need something real quick to get you out of a bind meantime you make it to where you do your actual grocery shopping. Other then that the staff is really nice and very polite to their customers. Another thing I will say is that at the center of the store they have a stand where they have a selection of Spanish style fresh baked bread. There's several different types of bread but regardless of which one you choose they're going to be really good! The pricing is really fair on the bread selection I'll add. Soo yea hope you enjoy your visit there, as I did and have been for a while now. ??

The restaurant has a strong, unpleasant odor that makes it difficult to stay inside. If you enter, you'll likely want to exit immediately, as the smell lingers on your clothes. It resembles old, burnt cooking grease and seems to be getting worse over time.
