The Buzz - Green Valley

I can only say that I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My friend and I went in this morning to order two coffees and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. After waiting for a few minutes, the lady in the back asked us what we were waiting for. When we told her we were waiting for the bagel, she rudely told us it would be a while and suggested we wait outside. Not wanting to sit in the 90-degree weather, we moved to the front of the restaurant. I asked another employee if she had started making the bagel, as we were willing to just take our coffees if it was going to take a while due to a big order. She became upset that we had asked the lady upfront and began talking about us, even though we were only 5 feet away and could hear everything. As someone who works in customer service myself, I believe it is important to be kind even in stressful situations. Despite enjoying the atmosphere of the restaurant in the past, the lack of customer service during this visit has left a bad impression on me and I will not be returning.

I adore this hidden gem. It's the perfect place for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or daytime snack. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
