Wave Bistro - Green Meadows

Great food and service! I had the honey ginger glazed salmon. I don't know what the sauce was on the side but it had a balsamic drizzle that highlighted the flavor well. The lemon broccoli was a bit bland and could use more lemon juice, but it was streamed perfectly. I was very impressed with my server's knowledge about wine pairings. He made an excellent recommendation.It was very busy and loud on New Year's Eve. With the way the tables are configured, it's easy to hear conversations at nearby tables. Overall, it was a good experience.

It had been quite a few years since I had been to Wave Bistro. It had not changed too much since my last visit. The service was very efficient and friendly. I had the cashew crusted salmon. It was flaky and delicious served with a flavorful sauce and rice. My daughter had the chicken in spiced hoisin sauce. She enjoyed it as well. I won't wait too long (this time) before returning!

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken to share with my 4 year old because thats his favorite. The portions were generous, but the food was really not good. They should advertise it as overcooked full chicken breast with soy sauce. I am convinced the teriyaki sauce was just a massive cup of soy sauce which I dumped all over the dry chicken thinking that 's what it was for since it was inside my to go container. I got about 6 vegetables to pour over my chicken. I am giving 3 stars because the portions were good, the fried rice and steamed buns are good, and the Rangoon. But that chicken was a crime. They should figure out what teriyaki chicken is or take it off the menu....

I started out with a pina colada, was quite yummy. For my dinner I went with Fresh Vegetable Stir Fry. It was good, nothing exceptional but I would eat it again. The Szechwan style Tofu in Hot Garlic Sauce looked amazing! My dining companion said it was good and she would order again.
