Twisted Fork - Green Meadows

Went there before the Supernovas Championship game. Not impressed. Won't be back. Salmon Thai salad was okay. Middle of Salmon was on the raw side like Sushi. Service was not engaging. No pleasantries. Interior was drab.

First time here. Easy online reservation. Arrived a little early and was seated right away. Quick friendly service. Food was amazing. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

The Yukon Ribeye. The steak was a bit on the thinner size for the $40 price tag. This would explain why the medium rare I ordered wasn 't able to obtain a noticeable crust on the exterior. It was also a bit under season, but still decent nonetheless. I quite liked the smashed Yukon potatoes acting as the bed for the steak. They had the texture of being boiled, smashed, then lightly browned in a skillet. They could stand to be a bit crispier though. The veggies splayed across the top of the steak were perfectly cooked having a nice crunch while not being raw. I can 't tell you how much a despise overcooked bell peppers especially when they are made to be eaten with a fork. The tomato dijon Aoli was tasty. It reminded me of a spicier less mayo heavy thousand island dressing, however I 'm not sure it belongs on a steak. That being said, I 'll try anything twice, so I will need to return to confirm my first impression. 6.2/10

My wife and i went to a concert friday night and Saturday she said: Omaha was known for its steakhouses. i said either 1: challenge accepted. 2: say less. 3. wHaTs A sTeAk?so i typed in steakhouses and you were the first to pull up so i clicked directions and eventually found ourselves in.at first, i was unsure because you didn't look like a steakhouse and the menu was completely unorthodox to be what i would classify as a steakhouse. i ordered the ribeye medium and my wife ordered a pork chop.the presentation was impeccable but again, since i was already apprehensive to why this place pulled up a steakhouse, I wasn't concerned about when my medium steak was actually welldone. it was, by all ways it could be, definitely good. my wifes pork chop was good as well.

I try to stop in every time I am staying in downtown. The guacamole is real good. The main reason I go is the Bacon Gouda Pork Chop. It is 5+ every time I get it. They are what they say they are. Bar Restaurant and the food is awesome.
