Taco Bell - Green Meadows

Taco Bell needs to be better about checking their soda. Starry was completely out. They also missed my chips :’ not the end of the world but the little things can make or break an experience. The girl in the DT window was also on her phone the whole time.

Rude staff! The girl working the drive thru sounded miserable. I could hardly hear her because she was so quiet and mumbling. Sounded like teenage brat who was annoyed she was being asked to do something. After she ran my card, she propped herself up against the wall with her back to me and played on her phone. The next girl, who gave me my food, opened the window, shoved the bag of food at me and then closed the window without saying a word. I didn’t even have time to say “thank you,” even though it wasn’t deserved. Management really needs to raise the bar on how their staff interacts with customers. For management incase you want to address this with these young ladies, I was at the 168th Maple location on 3/6/24 at about 8:20pm. If they have any desire to work somewhere other than fast food, and be taken seriously, they need to adjust their attitude. A smile, “hello” and “thank you” can go a long way, even if you have to force it.

This is my local Taco Bell and my experiences here are better than most other Taco Bell locations. They are friendly, they get my order right, and food is usually pretty fresh.

Second time my crunchy tacos were so stale you could smell them before taking a bite. Food is too expensive to get home with stale taco

Drive thru order. Awful. One Soft taco supreme. Soft shell was cold/frozen. Meat was cold. Made so sloppily that a lot of it spilled when I opened the wrapper. Greasy, it was dripping grease and also got on my clothes. Worst experience ever!!
