Jimmy 's Egg has been a breakfast go to for me and all of my experiences, prior to this last one, have been pleasant. My waitstaff, Tammi, was very negligent in her service and totally non-personable. After paying, she asked how was it. Well she wasn 't genuinely concerned or interested, rather just making small talk. It was evident in the fact that I gave her my half eaten pancakes and told her they were undercooked and doughy in the middle. She merely looked at them, took them away and walked away. She never responded and never returned. Rather odd, but reflective of her overall customer service. I think I may have to find another breakfast spot.

I have always had a good dining experience here. The wait staff is very attentive.
