Jams Old Market - Green Meadows

Stopped here for dinner with some coworkers. Our appetizers were all excellent and the food was wonderful. Great service and great atmosphere definitely will go again if I am in town.

One of my other favorite restaurants in Omaha. Locally owned. Excellent food, great service! Lately I've been doing takeout. Inside there is space at the bar to sit, or around the restaurant, tables and booths. Tastefully decor, flat screens, great adult atmosphere, great place to hang out with friends or after work. Please don't forget to tip that 20%, I still do even for pick up. Someone, took my order, made sure it was correct, made it with care, packaged it up.

I generally avoid ordering steaks at restaurants unless it's an actual high-end steakhouse, but was hangering for some on Saturday night and decided I'd give the Steak Frites a try. Was actually pleasantly surprised. The cut of meat was great quality, and it was cooked just right. Fries were good, and my girlfriend's Crab Cake salad was delicious (according to her). Atmosphere and service were great as well! All in all, I would return.

Went to Jams on Friday for lunch with a family member. We ordered Ginger Pork Pot Stickers as an appetizer. They came very quickly and looked fantastic. Pretty sure these were prefabricated, but they were good and the hoisin/BBQ sauce was good. We tasted the slaw, but it was very bland. We both ordered salads, a Dave's and a Coconut Chicken. They both looked beautiful, and the portions were large. We were both very disappointed in the flavor, though. They tasted

Haven't been to this location before, but I'm glad I did because I ran into one of the coolest restaurant patrons I see other places. JD is a special Olympian who gave me his album while I was dining here. I ordered the Ginger pork pot stickers and it was really good! Not everybody is nice to JD, but a lot of the staff are super warm and welcoming to him so that's what makes this place extra special!
