Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I love freddy's and haven't had an experience I was disappointed enough with to say something until today. Sat in the drive through over 20 minutes, paid over $10, got shorted fries and got an entire onion slice on my salt lick of a sandwich. Admittedly the onion complaint is a bit of a nitpick as I'd rather get too much onion than not enough, but I am glad I took the bun off before biting into it. I'd expect to be disappointed if I were ordering off the $1 menu at McDonald's, but not here. The burger being overly salty and the small pinch of fries are the main bummer here.

I have eaten at Freddy's a handful of times since it's grand opening a few years back. I have always found the food and their signature custards quite tasty. However, I do believe that the portion sizes and prices are lacking and could use some attention. Given that the cheapest combo meal starts out at around $10, you would expect a hefty size burger. When in comparison to a McDonald's McDouble, it's probably not too far off. In result, it appears that they have attempted to compensate/offset the lack of burger meat with larger portion sizes of fries.

The service was great. Daughter loved the shake. It was our first time being here. The burgers were way too salty. Had a hard time eating them. Won't be back sadly

The food came out quickly was hot delicious! First time trying Freddy?s and it was a great experience. Workers were cleaning throughout our whole meal and the whole store was clean. The manager came to check on us throughout the meal. Overall a great experience and will be returning next time I?m in town.

Did a GrubHub order had no issues on that. Ordered no onions on burger and it had onions, ordered no mustard and came with mustard. Looked like they were just slapped together couldn't even pick it up and eat it since it was a mess. No sauce for the fries. Probably won't order from here again at least not for a while...
