Abelardo's Mexican Fresh

I got stood up and robbed! It was on a hot and muggy, Taco Tuesday evening, when i pulled into the drive thru lane. I call it the Lane of Love , cuz i know at the end of this long, whinding, trail of cars, there will be what i love, waiting for me; TACOS! Crispy, beautifully fried to perfection, stuffed with the finer things in life like spicy seasoned ground beef and golden melting cheddar cheese! The cool green lettuce on the side with the option of red or green taco sauce. Don 't know which one is supposed to be hot? Both are mild to me, like tomato juice and whatever. But instead, i got 5 cold, soggy things with, i think some meat, maybe a dirty meat spoon was wiped off then fried, idk! It was the first time i didn 't eat all 5! I threw the last one away along with the wet lettuce. Hmmm, maybe thats why the tacos were a soggy desaster

Great food. Great atmosphere. My complaint is when you order delivery. They never give ANY of the salsas you ask for. Super annoying when you drop $50 and they don’t add any salsas you ask for!!!!!

We went in to get order to go and when we got home to see the order was wrong so we went back to have the order remade they said it was little more so we paid but asked for a receipt come to find out they had charged us for items we did not have in the bags. Please check your receipts because they could be charging for things you did not order and then they play dumb when u tell them u didn’t order that and was charged and they say bring back well I can bring the receipt but I can’t the food one it’s not in the bag and rhey k ow damn well it wasn’t and then tell you sorry we can’t refund unless you bring the item back. Soooo please ask for a receipt and make sure they are not over charging you before you leave.

So. First off can't understand them. No offense to ANYONE!!! but just went there and could only get part of the order. And when I asked them about no chips they say no. In the past ordering from this location was great... recently they beef taste like chicken. And everytime I go back and say something it's fine nothing we can do. The 84th location is way better. If you go here DONT ORDER GROUND BEEF. unless you want chicken flavored beef.but as of now this place is managed/owned by someone different than other locations. Want better food think they taste amazing try a different location you would be amazed at the quality difference. I grew up eating this it was a very small drive abs I won't eat it anymore they have gone downhill! Spend your money at the right location that care!
