I was extremely disappointed with the service and staff at Nortons. I had planned my wedding celebration for last weekend and organized a large takeout order two months in advance with one of the managers. I even drove three hours round trip to confirm that my order would be possible. A week before my wedding, I emailed Nortons with my food order, only to be let down at the last minute when they informed me they couldn’t accommodate it. This situation caused me a great deal of stress in the days leading up to my wedding, and I was very anxious about not having food for my guests. I would recommend dining elsewhere. First time visited, though been coming to Green lake for nearly 20 years. Service was very good, especially on Labor Day weekend. Food portions were great. Taste was great. Great temps Top shelf margarita was weak and disappointing. Cannot speak to wine selection and quality. Enjoyed the meal, even though it was very crowded. Would I go back? Yes I would. The scallops were the best I've ever had! While the service did take a bit longer than expected, it was a lovely place to wait for a table by Green Lake. The food was outstanding, though it is on the pricier side. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 4.
