Firehouse Subs Mt Juliet - Green Hill

I have been a customer at this restaurant many times as I pass through Nashville. The reason for the low review is due to the fact that I inadvertently placed an order to this restaurant using the Firehouse app while in another city. I called this restaurant to let them know that I had made the mistake and the manager told me there was nothing they could do to refund the money. I have called the helpline and they said that the restaurant should that received the order should have refunded the money. And now it has to go through a review board. So that is why I give them the low review, I will not stop at this restaurant again and why I won’t be as good of a customer to any firehouse subs restaurants in the future.

Took 20 minutes and there was only one ahead of me. How long does it take to make a sub? And they have the nerve to prompt you for a tip at the register.

UberEats delivery. I always enjoy Firehouse subs. I had the Hook and Ladder, it was fresh and delicious. Looking forward to my next sub!

They were busy today but took plenty of time with me. Couldn't decide what I wanted.
