I ordered a cone, plain cheese burger, and pretzels on 3/16. The cone was ready first so I held it while I waiting for the warm food. The female cashier puts my burger and pretzel box on the counter with no tray or bag. She just looks at me and provided nothing for me to carry three items with two arms. I waited for her to realize it isn’t possible for me to carry them with my cone, but she just stood there. I asked for a bag, and she handed me a flat bag without opening it. I struggle for about 7-8 seconds to open the bag with one hand while she watches me, because my other hand is holding a leaking cone and I’m not putting food I’ve licked back on the counter everyone’s food touches. She never offered any assistance with the bag, and didn’t respond when I told her I only had two arms. The man who made my cone was really nice and seemed intelligent. Unfortunately he can’t do two people’s jobs. I was stunned at how unhelpful the lady was. So my advice to future customers is to demand assistance instead of showing them you are struggling. She either didn’t care or didn’t have the intellectual capacity to understand how absurd it is to put loose food items on a counter and expect the customer to take multiple trips to their table. What if I had ordered fries and a drink too? Was I supposed to take three trips to my table and leave my food unsupervised while I walked back and forth? Also, my plain cheeseburger had everything on it. I told her I wanted it plain three times. I didn’t keep my receipt, so I don’t know if that was her fault or the kitchen. Overall, it was very disappointing to dine here. The confetti dipped cone was amazing.
Drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here and they didn't have chocolate ice cream and bunch of other stuff.
It’s my own fault for not liking the ice cream I tried the fluffernutter! Super fun word to say sidenote, but it was not good.
So, I went to Dairy Queen expecting a classic ice cream fix, right? But turns out, they were completely out of ice cream. I was genuinely confused – like, how does an ice cream place run out of ice cream? It felt like going to a burger joint and being told they 're out of burgers. I asked the person at the counter, and they just casually said, Sorry, no ice cream today. I mean, seriously? It 's Dairy Queen, the go-to spot for ice cream treats. It was a major letdown, and I left feeling pretty disappointed. I might just give them a one-star review because, let 's be real, a place known for ice cream should never be caught without it. It 's just basic, right?
