Mcdonald's - Green Brook

This McDonald’s is a really nice place to have a breakfast. The place is very clean and not crowded, which makes me feel comfortable, especially during COVID. I tried the self-ordering machine to make it easy to use and tailor-made order. After the order, I was asked to take a tent card and put it on the table. First I'm a little confused about how this work so I asked the cashier. He told me the crew members could bring the food to our table. This is great service! Your burgers are delicious. Not to mention my favorite hash brown it is freshly roasted and crispy!

I just wanted to say how pleasantly surprised I was in customer service at this point. Both gentlemen with whom I spoke thru were so positive and happy and polite. You don't get that very often in a drive-thru, especially not in NJ. So great job, team and great job management to keep moral high!

This is usually my visit to McDonald. Pamela, who works there normally Saturday and Sunday morning) is very nice to me and offers great customer service. I ask for her name whenever I order the drive thru and she remembers my order every time. It's hard to get a good customer service like these at other McDonalds I usually go to. The staff is great and also quite fast.
