I arrived early for my takeout order and only waited about 5 minutes. The food was packed up hot and fresh, and the portion size was good. I noticed that the food is made to order. The delivery is handled by third-party services, so the experience may vary. There is a convenience fee added for card payments, so having cash on hand would be helpful. The Szechuan Tofu dish was particularly delicious. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for fast food with good quality and portion sizes. Service is primarily for takeout orders.

I had planned to order Mu Shi Pork as an appetizer, but was told that the restaurant did not make pancakes and instead served the food on a plate with rice. This made it difficult to eat with our fingers and add hoisin sauce. My son’s wife ended up ordering 3 small egg rolls, which lacked flavor and were overpriced at $1.49 each. I ordered the Szechuan Beef for $10.99, which tasted alright but was not very spicy and came in a small portion compared to other Chinese restaurants I have been to. The fried rice was served in a tiny bowl, and my son’s Szechuan Chicken was described as rubbery and bland with a similar portion size. His wife had the Lo Mein for $8.99 and finished it all. We were not given an itemized receipt, just a total of $49.17 with an additional $1 convenience fee for using a credit card. The online menu prices were apparently outdated, so we ended up spending $60 including tax and tip and left feeling somewhat hungry. Overall, our dining experience was disappointing and we would give it 2 stars at best. The food was decent but nothing else seemed to go right for our meal.

There aren't many options for authentic Chinese cuisine in the Howard/Suamico area, so the restaurants tend to cater to what the locals are used to eating. The Chinese food here has a Midwest twist, and while they do a decent job, I wish they had more variety with options like eggplant, bok choy, or morning glory. The staff is very friendly and it would be great if they could add some more flavorful choices to the menu.

We love going to Panda House. They are quick, the staff is welcoming, and they always get our order correct. They even recognize me when I call without needing to give my name. The service is excellent and we truly value their hard work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
