Moe's Southwest Grill - Green Bay

John was incredible and really came through for me. I was having trouble with an external app when trying to order queso, which was disappointing because the queso here is fantastic. I called the restaurant, and John answered the phone. He went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service was excellent, and the food is great.

The guacamole was unappetizing, filled with large chunks of cilantro and lacking any spice or flavor. I paid for a cup, but it was only filled halfway. The chips were stale and excessively salted, and the salsa and soda areas were dirty. The floors were in poor condition as well. Unless there is a significant improvement, we will not be returning.

**Welcome to Moe's!** That's what they used to shout when we first walked in. Unfortunately, that warm welcome has faded over time. It’s a shame because that cheerful greeting was one of the reasons we kept coming back. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still enjoyable; we look forward to visiting every year during Packers Family Night, as Moe's has become part of our annual tradition in Green Bay. However, the lack of friendliness from the moment we enter until we leave has made us rethink dining here. While the food remains good for the most part, the chips have been quite stale during our last two visits.

I got the Homewrecker burrito with tofu. It was delicious! The staff were helpful and nice Unfortunately, after I got there a line started to form behind me, and the workers forgot to put my side of queso in my chip bag. Is there anyway that I can pickup some on my next visit to make up for the one I lost?

I ordered a burrito bowl, but the rice was hard as a rock, which really ruined my meal. If I could, I would rate it 1.5 stars. The bowl could have been great if the rice had been properly cooked, but as it was, I ended up tossing half of it out.
