Mcdonald's - Green Bay

Had great food and good service and nothing was wrong with atmosphere... Jeff a worker here went out his way to give great service and deserves an increase

The food was fine, everything was fresh. SIDE NOTE: I suggest if people that frequent McDonald's want there food fresh try going only during day time hours. I have noticed more times then not that my food always comes out to me fresher on day shift, without me having to tell them cook it to order.

Try to skip this McDonald's if you can. Everytime something usually goes wrong. Code seems to always need to be refreshed, missing items. I had to repeat my order back 3 times at the pick up window and gave them my receipt, AND still missed an item. Worst of it all, my frappe had ice cubes in it....that is not a frappe.

Went to the “Open 24/7” MacShack this fine Friday morning, approximately 4am. Was a great start to my morning, got an early start and after all, it was a Friday! Some unfortunate, unforeseen circumstances occurred the day prior when i was tragically late for work. In conjunction with my crews immaculate craftsmanship and hard work, I pre-meditated my Friday morning to accompany a little road trip to the Mac-Shack before my hour and a half long excursion to work. But when I pulled up to the “Golden Arch” they were closed. Unacceptable. Apparently Ronald doesn’t want my almighty dollar. Being a FALSELY ADVERTISED “Open 24/7” restaurant publicly posted online, and for all my time spent running to 3 separate MacShacks this morning and not obtaining a single breakfast burrito I can only hope Mr.McDonald can get my impeccable crew some breakfast burritos in an effort to make up the lost time spent this morning. My condolences go to anyone who has gone thru this or something similar. I have an aspiration that your Friday morning ends superior to mine. I anticipate a timely, appropriate response in regards to my review. Thank You, and God Bless.

Good was over salty and greasy fries was cold even tho I was made wait until they were done ugh... Was given an attitude when I tried to call and make a complaint then was hung up on of I could give no stars I would
