Good food (especially if you're looking for breakfast). The dining room was clean, the wait staff was friendly/courteous, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Breakfast was a big part and tasted great! Fast service and good atmosphere. The first time in an IHOP and it was a good experience for breakfast!

The food was always great and the servers are always very friendly and offer great customer service! I visited this place at least 8 times thanks.

I and my friend decided to go to Green Bay for our anniversary and eat here as we don't have an IHop where we live. We came in, put our names down to be called and said it would be 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes passed, and parties of 2, 4, etc. were sown that came after us. 10 minutes left, and all that were before us, and many parties sat after us, I had to mention something to sit. We immediately sat down, and the hostess said nothing to us when we sat. We waited to get our drinks ordered, order our food, and when we got our food, it was definitely not something to write home. I ordered pancakes that were dry and bland, and my friend got an omelette that he seemed to have no complaints. In total, we were there almost two hours. I don't enjoy the food or the settings of the hostesses, but the waiter seemed nice and his best to do as they were busy. I'm never complaining to anyone and I'm trying to be very nice and patient, but I couldn't be in this case.
