Glass Nickel Pizza - Green Bay

My wife and I were looking to celebrate our anniversary. After looking at a bunch of menus we decided to dine at the Glass Nickel. We missed our turn and were circling the block when we saw Scott C driving the pedal bar. Yelp friends in the Green Bay area will remember Scott. It was great to see him, and he's doing well We were greeted by a very sweet waitress, who gave us excellent service throughout our experience here. We had an appetizer (raviolis) and ordered our meal. I love a good calzone so that's my choice. My wife ordered a vegetarian lasagna and a salad. Beer selection was great so we got beers, too All of our food was stellar, Best calzone in a long time. My wife said her food was really, really good. Bottom line excellent food, excellent service. A good choice for our anniversary. If you are looking for a cozy place to dine, this is it. A wide variety of Italian style dishes. A great place that can accommodate vegetarians and vegans. They do have vegan cheese that can be added to a myriad of dishes Although it's a 40 mile drive to get here, we will definitely return to try their pizza.

Love this place. This is a regular place for me and my daughter. Pizza is amazing. Monday night is trivia with pizza special. Sunday is $4 **** Mary's they have a special every night of the week. The salads are beyond amazing and so many dressing choices. The nuggies were amazing and first time we got them want to try the cinnamon ones next

Great pizza! Cheesy, nice crust. White base with veggies! Hit the spot when getting a late Dinner! Kids loved it too!

Came through in a clutch when hotel kitchen closed. Just as good as the two in Madison we order from on a regular.

New residents to GreenBay. This was the first place me and my significant other went to in October. We eat at this place pretty regularly because the food is bomb! Everytime we order the food is fresh and hot! The wings are juicy and pizza is fantastic. The service is also amazing very friendly and approachable! Ambiance is a bar/restaurant very cozy. I'm curious if it gets busy because they deserve all the costumers! Go eat here! Oh they also have a trivia night with a bunch of deals!
