Fazoli's - Green Bay

Every time I eat in the food is really good, and the customer service is very polite. However, the drive-thru was a bit disappointing the last two times.

Fazoli?s had been catering for Pulaski Football for as long as I?ve been apart of the football program. It has always been a bright spot of the week once it?s a Thursday and we have team meal! Thank?s Fazoli?s for the kindness towards our team!!

Had a relatively poor experience, I have to assume the management is not the best as the employees taking orders/standing in the front clearly hate their job. I didn't have high expectations and somehow that bar wasn't even met.

They offer a family deal for $32 that can feed seven people. The food is served hot and quickly. If you don't want to wait 30-60 minutes at another Italian restaurant, this is the place to go. The customer service is also excellent, earning an A+ rating.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan for my main course and was very disappointed. The chicken was extremely soggy and the sauce lacked flavor. The only good part of the meal was the breadsticks, and one of the staff members was very friendly. Overall, I was not impressed and would recommend going to Olive Garden or another Italian restaurant in the area.
