Doug's Take 5 At Four Seasons

I recently visited Doug's Take 5 Restaurant at Four Seasons Tennis Club for the second time. This is a bar that also serves fish fry. I ordered the perch both times. The first time it was delicious, but the second time it was just okay for some reason. The restaurant has a U-shaped bar that is usually filled with regulars, as well as some tables. It is a casual and simple atmosphere. There is also outdoor seating available, with one wall of windows overlooking the tennis courts at Four Seasons. The service was a bit slow, so be prepared to wait for your meal. The parking lot can get crowded, especially during tennis or pickleball events at Four Seasons.

Some recommended dishes include the Calamari, Grilled Chicken Chef Salad, The 'Original' with Cheese, Cocktail Hour, as well as their homemade soups and chili.

Visited for dinner while traveling. The food was priced right and good. Their burger buns had a unique, good texture which I wasn't expecting. The beer selection had a few unique options for someone from out of town (e.g., Badger State) which was very welcome. Most critically, I recommend you come here if you want a unique experience. Only once at a restaurant where I became a regular have I found the level of hospitality which Doug brings. It is a deeply personalized dining experience and I recommend you check it out. In terms of food recommendations, I recommend you check out their cheese curds. They do a great job and rank in my favorites.
