The Annex At Weldwerks - Greeley

The menu may be simple, but it is absolutely amazing! The pesto pasta with a runny egg was fresh and had a perfect balance of flavors. The burger was cooked perfectly to a medium-well temperature with just the right amount of toppings. The crispy cheese fries had a great ratio of cheese to bacon to fries. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our meal. And don't forget to try the amazing beer at Weldwerks - it's a must!

I am not a fan of beer, however, they did have a Blackberry draft that I heard was really good. Unfortunately, they were out of it. The other drinks I had were decent but not as good as the Blackberry draft would have been. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Best burger in Northern Colorado!!! Must try!!! Also, highly recommend the cheese fries!

Made the 3 hour trip just so I could try the new food, and it was absolutely worth it. The best Pork Belly buns I've ever had. The burger was absolutely delicious. Wish I wasn't so full, or I would have tried more food. The ice cream, while delicious, felt a bit overpriced for a scoop of Vanilla ice cream with just a bit of ganache on top. The ganache WAS delicious though. Highly recommended. Don't skip out, when you come pick up your bottles.

Such amazing food. WeldWerks has been creating delicious beer for years and now stepped up their game with equally delicious food. My favorite new lunch spot. Price was fair for the amount of food you get. Also the staff was kind and helpful. The buns are out of this world!
