Chef is always friendly and welcoming when I come by. his offers run fast, what is good! koch does not save any cost in the production of its fine baked tasty and the food speaks for itself. some may have sticker shock, but they must remember: this is not fast eating is made with intentional food. stop them by and stop them at early when they want to see the cornucopie of the offers he has daily. the convenientness, my front door and to go the corner to a fresh croissant and espresso is unmatched. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! If you enjoy freshly prepared pastries, full of taste, then you have to come here, but come early. They tend to sell early what a witness is, how wonderful everything is. I've never been disappointed with everything I ordered. The butter croissants are buttery and flaky. The chocolate and almond croissants should die. If Savory is more your thing trying the spinach and feta croissants.

Do not blink or you will miss looking for the blue front. an excellent place to go delicious tasty or have something, becomes a coffee or tee. we stop when we're in the opposite. warning: it is so good that if you want a good choice, the morning will show up because the locals love the place too and the dinge will go fast. the pistachio pear cake is my favorite.

Amazing pastries!!! The owner is super friendly and makes everything fresh every day. I have an almond croissant that was so fluffy and sweet. He also had apricots who were murderers! Both items were still hot from the oven. If you're in town, it's a must!

Had some business in Greeley, CO. Just wanted to grab coffee and pastry for breakfast, and I ended up walking out of this bakery with a box of assorted croissants, and two of each flavor of macaron. Wonderful aroma throughout, and a feast for the eyes everywhere. I didn't get to taste one macaron my kids ate all of them. It is a must go back location. The owner was very nice. He wrote down specific info for pre orders and special orders.
