Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I received my drinks only half full and the burgers weren't made as I requested, with specific items removed. I asked for no onions on the chili dog, but it was covered in them. I went through the drive-thru, and thankfully, I'm an honest person—I received everything before paying. I double-checked to make sure my entire order was correct, paid, and left. I later called to report these issues, and the manager said he would send my money back in the mail, but I never received that either. Overall, the service was really disappointing. I've spoken to several friends who had similar experiences. It's a shame because I really enjoy the food.

The food was a disappointing imitation of the far superior Steak N Shake chain, which is mainly located in the Midwest. Additionally, as we were trying to enter, we were confronted by a family requesting donations for their child's Eagle Scout project, as they were soliciting funds for a park bench. It seems that Freddy's encourages this kind of activity by providing extra support to individuals and organizations that seek donations outside their restaurants. Not very impressive!

The food was pretty good. The audio system they have to communicate with the vehicles in the drive through needs an upgrade. I could barely understand the attendant and I could tell she had trouble hearing me. But the food was good. I?ll be back!

I visited a Freddy's in Nebraska a while back and wasn't impressed with the food. But, my family wanted to go and since it had been a few years and I was in a different state, I decided to try it again. Well, there was no difference...the food was stillunimpressive. But, I must say that the service was great...and that's why I rated it up to a 3.

I gave this Freddy's multiple chances because we've always had great experiences at the Longmont and Thornton locations. However, the Freddy's in Greeley just can't seem to get even a single order right, which is very disappointing. The burgers arrived nearly plain, with hardly anything on them. One burger didn’t even come with bacon, while the other was completely different from what I ordered. I've attached pictures of the receipt and the food from this order. I won't be returning to this location again.
