Daughter got strawberry and cheesecake flavor mix I had some absolutely loved it only one other person in line so she was in and out quick. Friendly staff I recommend !!!!

I am torn. The cake we ordered was beautiful and delicious. There is not one bad thing I could ever say about the delicacies sold at ColdStone Creamery. However, someone needs to train some of the staff. I wish I could rave about everything at this store, but only one person was even civil. The person who presented the completed cake was kind. Every other interaction with staff was filled with layers of ignorance, uncivility and ill-mannered-ness with a condescending, counterfeit smile covering it all. I love your layers of cake and ice cream under fabulous frosting... but the whole experience was soured when I had to be the genuinely sweet person to most of the rude staff.
