Baskin-robbins - Greeley

I ordered a triple scoop of ice cream and a banana split through DoorDash. When it arrived, my triple scoop looked more like two half servings and was overflowing with toppings that I didn't request. The banana split was missing the third scoop of ice cream, and it didn't have the toppings I wanted either. I won't be returning because I don’t want to pay a lot of money for something that isn't what I expected.

The restaurant needs to put more time and effort into properly training their staff. I ordered a large chocolate malt, expecting a rich chocolate flavor and a thick texture. Instead, it tasted like watered-down chocolate milk. This really detracted from the experience of enjoying a classic American malt. It was the worst I’ve ever had from Baskin-Robbins.

Avoid the Milk Queen! It's a complete waste of money for such a small serving of ice cream.

This place is easy! many flavors to choose, although there are many chocolate and flavors with sweets that I cannot have personally, great location directly at the lake and park and our favorite Chinese cuisine, good staff friendly and friendly no attitude at all that was a breath of fresh air.
