Applebee's Grill - Greeley

Dreadful eating! I love applebee’s, when this greeley, CO location is closest to me, I visited it several times. the last few times that we had eaten there, it was far overlaid, hard, old, and we said we wouldn't come back. I visited last week again, and no change....all they can eat boneless wings, hard as a rock, they couldn't eat. everything is soouu salzig, the whole family woke up the next morning, sucking swollen closed, body swelled up. natrium overdose!

I ordered the cheeseburger with fries and a diet soda. The fries were hot and delicious, but the cheeseburger was overly greasy, with a bit of fat powder on my plate. The bun was also drenched in grease. However, our server, Yavez, provided excellent service. My daughter enjoyed her Southwest chicken bowl, although it was a bit too spicy for her taste.

Bland-Flügel and don't invite them for what they are being advertised for. I was charged 14.99, but when 12.99 there were wings not even worth 99 the waitress seems to me explain that the price was actually 14.99 I was sorry for them because she was actually a good waitress. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend it here.

Andrea took our drink order, but then asked me again what I wanted, as if I hadn't already told her. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive while other tables were being served. After that, she never checked on us once, and we sat with empty drinks for nearly another hour. We pressed the help button at our table and waited 30 minutes, but eventually one of us had to get up and find someone for a to-go box. Instead of helping us, they attempted to give the box to a table that Andrea was attending, which was right next to us. When we finally started to leave, Andrea came over to ask how everything was. My daughter asked for her name, and we walked out. We will definitely not be returning to this location! The service was terrible!

I have not had Applebees before and my partner suggested I would try it with him, we were supposed to have three hours together and got there at 3 and ordered immediately. We sat there for an hour and a half in an completely empty restaurant until it was brought out and had to get it to go because my boyfriend had work. The server was very kind, and after I payed for the food I asked him why it took so long. Apearently it was the time the shifts changed and there was only one cook and he chose to clean instead of making out meals. I wish they had planned ahead so I could have gone back home and spent time with my boyfriend and my family instead of sitting in the restaurant.
