HANDS DOWN THE BEST KFC IN GREECE. THE MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES THERE ARE THE BEST. YOU CANT ASK FOR A BETTER KFC. IF ALL THE OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS RAN LIKE THIS STORE. MAN KFC WOULD TAKE OVER. I WANNA THANK ALL OF YALL AT THIS LOCATION FOR A GREATEXPERIENCE AND GREAT FOOD. ???? ????????????????????

Not a soul but us in the drive thru and they still forgot and charged me extra for mashed potatoes...annoying

Located KFC on ridge rd west Greece ny, very clean parking lot ???? Very polite and helpful counter help. The interior of the building was clean and organized ???? My food arrived fast and hot in a nice package. Thank you for the cooks and counter peoplefor a great experience and giving me a smile. Went home and the family was very pleased with the food ???? I?ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong, and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried tofile a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that ?none of her staff is likethat? when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was nota full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces(which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn?t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received noanswer. The customer support here literally doesn?t exist. They don?t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad atyou for asking them to do so. All they do is say ?sorry about that? on reviews, or tell me I?m wrong in person or over thephone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it?s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining aboutin the reviews) makes it a horrible experience.
