Scarlet Bar - Greater Noida

I adore the food at this restaurant. Manoj provides excellent service and the fried ice cream is a must-have.

We were to meet at Satin, the resturant. Seems it was closed on that day for a private booking, so i was informed over the phone. The person over the phone could not tell me about the scarlet bar or its happy hours. after 3 phone calls i was given a wrong time again. anyways, after I reached the bar, it looked more like coffee shop. lights were bright and ambience was just not bar like. However, it was the service that was worse of all. the server was new, he neither knew about the drinks nor about service. it took him a very long time to serve the drinks to us. second drink that was already ordered and paid for, practically took forever to come. we reminded about it a few times, finally it did arrive. the bar did not have a wifi.

We were searching for a place to go out for an impromptu birthday dinner and we landed up at the Raddison Blu almost by chance. We peeped into the Satin and the ambience seemed pleasant; so we settled down comfortably. We weren't disappointed. The decor is pleasing to the eye, i love the pastel shades with the white bone china crockery and the sea green napkins. The menu is Chinese and Thai. The fresh coriander soup was well, fresh and herby. There was a preponderence of baby corn in the mains and the starters, but in general, the food was good. The sweet andd sour accompaniment to the noodles was a bit heavy on the soya sauce that made it overly salty. The plate of fresh fruits that came at the end made up for it. The service is prompt and polite. Except that the restaurant manager promised to show us around the hotel but disappeared when we looked for him>Notwithstanding that, we plan to revisit the place with the whole family sometime in future.

Overall experience was awful.. food taste is gone down so as the service. I have visited after long time..

Best restaurant in the hotel. Manoj is outstanding. Great service, very helpful, always welcoming and extremely friendly.
