Kfc - Great Yarmouth

The toilet door did not lock and the toilet itself was dirty. The burger bun was hard and the chicken looked like it had been cooked a good while ago not a good advert for KFC.

The young woman who served us was nice and friendly and she told us how she ended up in the hell hole called Great Yarmouth.

The seating area was a tell tale sign as too what lays behind the counter! Food all cold! Sides missing. Staff weren’t interested at all and particularly rude! Dark and dreary too! Most people use the toilet before moving on in a restaurant and I would strongly advise against it!! I’ve never experienced a more disturbing toilet in my life!! Floor filthy, toilet in a disgusting state, sink not even worth trying to clean your hands in. I would strongly recommend health and safety get in there quickly and shut the place down until staff and KFC are ready to provide a restaurant suitable to Serve customers in!

I recently went to this takeaway on Great Yarmouth seafront and was surprised to see that hardly anyone was wearing a face mask, including the staff, despite signs on the door and windows clearly stating that masks are required. It's concerning that people are not taking the situation seriously, which could potentially cause more issues in the future.

Watched a young girl clear tables and then pushed all the rubbish into the bin and without washing her hands went straight behind the counter and started handling customers orders.I reported this to Kfc customer line but after two weeks still waiting on a reply. No wonder people are moaning on trip advisor. The toilets were a mess and stank.
