Good Luck Chinese Take-away

My partner ordered a takeaway from this Chinese, ordered fried chicken in black bean sauce, and has been up since 4am vomiting, having diarrhoea and running a fever. I didn’t eat any of the chicken, I just had a few mouthfuls of the black bean sauce as it had vegetables in it and I’ve also had diarrhoea and felt sick to my stomach but no means as bad as him. AVOID. Reported to the food agency standards as this is not on.

I ordered a beef curry with rice and was fine with paying a little extra for it. However, I received a large chicken curry and then was charged an extra £4.70 for a large chips. I also ordered a regular chips, which cost £3.60. I found the prices to be overpriced and, as a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had to wait for over an hour at this restaurant. I ordered a combination meal that was supposed to include ribs, chicken balls, crispy chicken with chips, and pancake rolls. However, all I received was crispy chicken and chips. The chicken was dry and rubbery, and the bill ended up being over 20 pounds with all the extra charges. I regret not checking Trip Advisor beforehand. This experience has put me off Chinese food and I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered 5.30pm, sitting here at 8pm and still no food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when it went past the hour mark on a saturday night but 2.5 hours and still no food is an absolute joke. Called the shop 3 times and keep getting fobbed off with a different story and no honest updates. Won't be ordering from here again.
