Caister Kebabs - Great Yarmouth

Ordered as take away although only live 200 yards away, Told it would then be 40 minutes arrived over an hour later. We then immediately sat down to eat our meal but on opening wrapping found chips cold so then opened box but pita bread also cold and then tried to open to fill it out it’s doner meat it crumbled apart as well as cold it was so hard. So I then decided to eat the contents with a fork, then found these content inedible as well, chicken was so dry you couldn’t get a fork in it the other meats crumbled into pieces and the doner meat had the consistency of leather but with no taste. Thoroughly disgusted had no alternative but to throw it in the dustbin

Ordered food, delivered wrong order, management refused to rectify the order and said get your food somewhere else, will never use this takeaway again. Disgraceful attitude to a good regular customer, we didn't ask for the order to be sent wrong and would have been happy for them to bring correct order a bit later as we were not in a hurry and we only 6 minutes away. Sorry but your loss!

Wow we Caistor special £20 . Lovely grilled meat salad burger sauce . Chips so much food could have feed 4 people easy. Will return again and again when we visit Norfolk. Lovely customer service

I recently tried a chicken kebab at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. I have always been a regular at this establishment and have always enjoyed the food they prepare. I believe there has been a change in ownership in the past 6-12 months, and during that transition, I did have one order that wasn't up to par. However, the restaurant is now back to its top form and the food is excellent. I plan to return very soon and commend the team for their hard work. Keep it up!

The pizza and burger were delicious, but the cheesy garlic bread was incredibly disappointing. It was basically an overbaked pizza base with no cheese or garlic, just a dry and overcooked crust. It was a complete waste of money.
