Aji Ramen (katy) - Great Wood

The atmosphere and service here has always been wonderful. I came here for the first time in 2019, then rediscovered the place around a year ago and I’ve visited so many times since. I’ve brought friends and family, and everyone has loved it. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and they’re very accommodating to dietary restrictions. There was a server here named Mursal, she was always a gem to have as a server because of the way she was able to break the ice and make the atmosphere comfortable, but also knew my order by heart over time and was attentive to my guest’s needs. Her mindfulness expands beyond just her though, as the manager Jackie is also just as welcoming and mindful.

The chicken karaage was super good and the salmon in the salmon don bowl was surprisingly well cooked with a great crust and delicious teriyaki style glaze

The broth in the ramen stood out. Very tasty. I also enjoyed the special marinade beef skewers.

Ramen is so flavored and the atmosphere is quiet and nice. They have great appetizers too! Is a family friendly restaurant

Absolutely love the food here. People are nice and friendly the food is great! I have been here so many times, and will continue to come here. There has only been one time where they forgot about our food, we had waited for more than 30 minutes, not the best night but still a good dinner. Edit The service was amazing and the food was as well.
