Soku Asian Fusion - Great Neck

Lovely place with nice ambiance and great food. Perfect place for lunch. Great service and reasonable prices.

I recently dined at a restaurant located in Great Neck Village, though I am unsure of how long it has been in operation. I had a meeting scheduled for late lunch/early dinner and the organizer chose this establishment. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and odd; we waited for 20 minutes at our booth without anyone coming over to take our drink orders. It was quite bizarre as staff walked by our table multiple times without acknowledging us. Eventually, we had to speak up to get some attention. Despite the slow service, the food was tasty. However, I was put off by the layers of dust packed into the decorative lattice between tables. The sushi chefs were friendly, but overall, I do not think I will be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We were thrilled with every dish we ordered at this restaurant! The shrimp tempura was generously sized and had a satisfying crunch, while the fish was consistently fresh. Both the General Tso's chicken and crispy beef were delicious. The service was excellent and our food arrived promptly, even during peak times. Overall, we highly recommend dining in for dinner at this establishment. Our ratings: Food - 5, Service - 5, Atmosphere - 5.

Soku is an upscale Asian Fusion restaurant located in the center of Great Neck. The food quality is good, and service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a very nice inside decor, and an outside patio. Pricing is slightly higher than similar restaurants, but in line with Great Neck. The restaurant does offer 20 off for online takeout orders . Most sushi dishes have been well received. Also recommended is Wok entree Mongolian Skillet Beef and Salmon Teriyaki. Although, Thai Mango Chicken fell short of expectations.
